United Kingdom:

- £5 Hermes 48 Tracked, guaranteed delivery within 2-4 working days.

- £7 Hermes 24 Tracked, guaranteed delivery Next day (order before 11am)

Please note for next day delivery, orders placed before 11am on Monday - Friday are dispatched the day the order has been placed - therefore if you order before 11am on Tuesday you will receive it on Wednesday.

Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be sent out with Saturday orders - therefore if you order after 11am on Friday your item will be dispatched on Saturday, and you should receive it on Monday.

Europe:

- £12 Evri tracked International Standard on all orders. This service aims to deliver within 3-7 working days.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you receive your order. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to accept any returns made on this order. We can only accept returns which have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used. We do not offer refunds, all returns will have to be exchanged to either the same product, another product or store credit.

Can I exchange the size if it does not fit?

We can only accept exchanges which have not been worn or washed and we reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used. You have 14 days to fill in the exchange form from the date you received your item

We process exchanges on any unused items when returned by post to Deshapeables in the same condition sold to you, within 14 days of your notification. You will be sent an email with the returns label that you’ll need to attach to your parcel. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to your parcel. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage – you can find this, as well as your tracking number, on the returns label created for your parcel. . We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

Once we have received your return we will send your exchanged size to you for a £6 fee
